Tabela 18
A favourite from the earlier collection, the Tabela is back and better than ever which is good news for all you Tabela wearers. This new and improved jersey offers all the elements that made the previous jersey great but has had some additional flare thrown in for good measure. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced shirt that will probably outlive us all, this is the jersey for you.
This jersey really is the epitome of diversity, with its wide array of colours and option for sleeve length. Like the previous Tabela, this jersey comes in up to twelve, yes twelve, colour options which means that it is pretty much accessible to all football teams! You have the Adidas classics; bold blue/white, power red/white but you also have the option for some of the more daring colours such as semi solar green/black and bright yellow/white. The twelve colour options sadly only apply to the short sleeve jersey but there are still at least seven colours for the long sleeve.
Alike the Regista 18, the Tabela 18 offers a v neck style neckline combined with the 3-stripe design Adidas seem to be very fond of using. It truly strikes the balance between wearing a distinctive shirt whilst not letting the shirt wear you through its use of classic styling.
The key difference between the new and old style has to come down to the drop needle pin striped fabric now currently used. The previous Tabela offered the subtle diagonal contrast stripes with an embroidered Adidas badge whereas the new (and improved) Tabela 18 offers us a still subtle yet different striped design to break up the colour of the shirt.
